Course Overview
HSP-401: Holy Spirit provides students with a comprehensive biblical study of the Person, nature, ministry, and work of the Holy Spirit throughout Scripture. The Holy Spirit is not merely a force or influence but the third Person of the Trinity—fully God, eternal, holy, and actively involved in creation, redemption, sanctification, and the life of every believer.
This course explores the Holy Spirit’s work from Genesis through the New Testament, revealing His role in creation, empowering God’s servants, inspiring the Scriptures, convicting the world of sin, regenerating believers, producing spiritual fruit, distributing spiritual gifts, and equipping the Church to fulfill the Great Commission.
Students will learn how to cultivate a growing relationship with the Holy Spirit by living in daily fellowship, obedience, and dependence upon Him. The course emphasizes recognizing His voice, following His leading, developing Christlike character, and allowing Him to transform every area of life.
Through Scripture study, workbook assignments, personal reflection, practical ministry application, and guided prayer, students will gain a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit’s ministry and develop greater confidence in living a Spirit-led life that glorifies Jesus Christ.

Completion Requirements
- To successfully complete HSP-101, students must:
- Complete every lesson and assigned reading.
- Read all required Scripture passages.
- Complete every workbook assignment.
- Successfully complete each chapter quiz.
- Participate in guided prayer and reflection exercises.
- Complete a personal study on the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
- Pass the comprehensive final examination.
- Demonstrate a biblical understanding of the Person and work of the Holy Spirit.
