Statement of Faith
The biblical beliefs that guide ROJU teaching, ministry, and spiritual multiplication.

Raindrop Operation Joel University is a Christian ministry committed to biblical truth, spiritual formation, servant leadership, and the multiplication of faithful disciples. These beliefs form the foundation of our teaching and ministry.
1. The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the authoritative foundation for Christian faith, teaching, conduct, and ministry. The Scriptures reveal God's character, His plan of salvation, and His purpose for His Church.

2. The One True God
We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The three are distinct in person yet one in divine nature, glory, purpose, and being.

3. God the Father
We believe in God the Father, Creator of heaven and earth, who is holy, righteous, loving, merciful, and faithful. Through Jesus Christ, believers are reconciled to God and received into His family as His children.

4. Jesus Christ, the Son of God
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He became fully human while remaining fully divine, was born of the virgin Mary, lived without sin, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended to the Father. Jesus is Lord, Savior, and the only mediator between God and humanity.

5. Salvation Through Jesus Christ
We believe all people have sinned and need reconciliation with God. Salvation is God's gift of grace, received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ—not earned by human effort. Through Christ, believers receive forgiveness, new life, and a restored relationship with God.

6. The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and is active in salvation, sanctification, spiritual growth, guidance, conviction, comfort, worship, and ministry. The Holy Spirit lives within believers and empowers them to live holy lives, bear spiritual fruit, witness for Christ, and exercise spiritual gifts. We believe in the empowering work and baptism of the Holy Spirit, including the Holy Spirit coming upon believers to equip them for witness and ministry according to God's will.

7. Water Baptism
We believe water baptism is an act of obedience commanded by Jesus Christ for those who have repented and placed their faith in Him. Baptism publicly identifies the believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus and represents new life in Christ.

8. Holy Communion
We believe in observing Holy Communion, or the Lord's Supper, in remembrance of Jesus Christ. The bread and cup proclaim His sacrificial death, remind believers of the new covenant, call the Church to self-examination and unity, and direct our hope toward His return.

9. The Resurrection and Christ's Return
We believe Jesus Christ rose bodily from the dead, demonstrating His victory over sin and death. We believe in the future resurrection, the return of Jesus Christ, final judgment, and eternal life with God for those who belong to Christ.

10. The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all who place their faith in Jesus. Believers are called to worship, learn Scripture, pray, fellowship, serve, observe baptism and Communion, care for people in need, and proclaim the Gospel.

11. Every Believer Is Gifted and Called
We believe every believer receives grace and spiritual gifting from God for the benefit of others and the strengthening of the Church. Every believer has a purpose and a responsibility to grow, serve faithfully, contribute to the Church, and use God-given gifts with humility, love, and accountability.

12. The Great Commission and Spiritual Multiplication
We believe Jesus commanded His followers to make disciples of all nations. The Church is called to proclaim the Gospel, teach God's Word, demonstrate Christ's love, develop faithful leaders, and equip believers who will equip others. ROJU exists to equip the saints for the work of ministry and encourage spiritual multiplication throughout the world.
